I just wrapped up an incredible two-day Personal Branding in the Age of AI workshop with an amazing agency led by the dynamic Augustine Seah — and I have to say, his team blew me away.

We had close to 60 financial planners from his team, representing Prudential, and here’s the part that truly amazed me:

When it was time for coffee breaks and lunch, nobody moved.

No one rushed out.

People stayed behind — fully immersed, fully committed, fully dialled in to building their personal brands.

They were crafting their narratives, shaping their digital presence, creating brand assets, and applying everything I shared about branding strategy, differentiation, and AI-powered content creation.

Watching them build real work, in real time, with real passion … that’s the magic I live for.

We even had Robert Chitty , Sebastian Goh Zhenyang and Gavin Andrew CHIA drop by to say hello — always a pleasure to see them.
