What is included as standard
A briefing call with the organiser, customisation of the session to the audience and event theme, pre-event promotion assets, and session recording rights where agreed.
What is charged separately
Travel, accommodation, and printed workbooks are charged separately unless the proposal states otherwise.
How to confirm a booking

- You receive a reply within one business day with availability, the speaker brochure and showreel.
- A proposal sets out format, fee band, inclusions and logistics.
- The date is held once the proposal is accepted and the booking terms are signed.
Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the booking agreement in plain English. If a date has to move, the team will work with you to find a new slot. Specific notice periods and any fees are confirmed in the proposal for that engagement.
