DBS Vickers collaborated with Jerome to align the employees within the company with the brand value. The objective of the campaign was to increase the service quality and to instil the Asian Heritage campaign values to the employees. Jerome provided an end-to-end internal branding campaign to achieve the objective. He conducted employee training through various programs that were relevant for different level of staffs from high level management to front line staff.


Through various workshops such as Brand Champion Workshop and Branded Customer Experience Workshop, DBS could position itself as a leading securities and derivatives brokerage firm in Singapore with a strong Asian focus. The brand was thereby reinforced.
